- 11 offences relating to conditions found at UK Supermarket, 546-550 Green Lane, Small Heath, 91麻豆天美 on three separate occasions. Eight food items were offered for sale past their use by dates, the butchery area did not have a wash hand basin and the Naan Kitchen wash hand basin did not have a water supply. The premises was not pest proofed, mouse droppings were found in several areas of the premises. There were no procedures in place based on HACCP.
