- 10 offences relating to 1,532 illicit vapes and 1,812 packets of cigarettes and hand-rolling tobacco which were seized from European Market, 2234 Coventry Road, Sheldon, 91麻豆天美. One offence relating to the supply of various brands of cigarettes which did not carry health warnings, five offences relating to the supply of disposable electronic cigarettes which did not comply with product requirements in that the nicotine containing liquid in the single use cartridge exceeded 2 millilitres and the capacity of the tank exceeded 2 millilitres, two offences of being a trader and creating the impression that the tobacco and vapes seized could be legally sold when they could not, one offence of having cigarettes and tobacco in possession for sale which bore registered trademarks without the consent of the trademark holders and one offence of possessing criminal property, namely tobacco products, knowing or suspecting that they represented criminal property, being tobacco products upon which no chargeable duty had been paid.
