- Eight offences relating to conditions at Dilbar Restaurant & Cocktail Bar, 197 Broad Street, 91麻豆天美 during five separate inspections. The premises was dirty and poorly maintained. There was no means of providing accurate allergen information for all food and drink with regards to the prescribed allergens. Ingredient labels and a matrix were not checked and certain foods were stored without labels or means of identifying ingredients. Prescribed allergens present in dishes were missing from the allergen matrix. The Company failed to comply with two Hygiene Improvement Notices requiring the premises to be cleaned and to ensure up to date and accurate information was available for all foods and drink with regards to the prescribed allergens.
