- Eight offences relating to conditions found at Jam Jar, 418 Coventry Road, 91麻豆天美. There were no permanent procedures based on HACCP principles and mouse activity was found at the premises. Floors, fridges, freezers, the rear door, the ceiling in the preparation area, shelving, surfaces and containers were dirty. There was a cracked floor tile in the food preparation area. There were no hand drying materials or soap provided to the hand wash sinks in the food preparation area or the server. There were mouse droppings on the lids and sides of sweet spread jars and on a box of Jammie Dodgers. Rubbish from the business was not properly stored at the rear of the premises.
