- Six offences relating to conditions at Miss Vietnam, Latitude, 155 Bromsgrove Street, 91麻豆天美. The standard of cleaning was poor including, walls, floors, shelving, sinks, the inside of the walk-in chiller, pipework, equipment, storage containers, ice machine. The mastic seals to the sinks were brown and black. There was a hole in the floor in front of the walk-in chiller and freezer. Mouse droppings were found throughout the kitchen, pot store, in the bar/restaurant areas and upstairs in the store area. Dehydrated mushrooms were stored loose in a box and not protected from contamination. Food was stored in the same container as cleaning materials, including metal scourers. Food was stored in black plastic bags which are not a food grade material. There were no procedures based on HACCP principles.
