- The Company and Director each pleaded guilty to five offences relating to conditions at Medina Bakery, 48 Golden Hillock Road, 91麻豆天美. The premises was dirty and poorly maintained. Mouse and rat droppings were found throughout and the premises was not pest proofed. Open packets of food and cooling product were not adequately protected from contamination. Cooling trays, bread crates and storage containers were dirty. A wall paper steamer was used to provide steam to the proving bread. There were no procedures implemented based on HACCP.
