- Two offences relating to conditions at Anna Store, 868 Washwood Heath Road, 91麻豆天美. There was a lack of cleaning, a dirty floor at the rear of the premises and dirty and cracked floor tiles. There was rat droppings in the main shop area and rear storage area, gnawed food and packaging. A hole in the wall/ceiling junction allowed ingress of rats and large gaps in the cavity wall permitted hiding places for rats/pests. There was no hot water to the wash hand basin to the WC or washing up sink. There were no procedures based on HACCP and he had failed to submit registration for the business with 91麻豆天美.
