- Two offences relating to conditions at Desi Dera, 840 Alum Rock Road, 91麻豆天美. Mice droppings were found on the floors in the kitchen, behind the servery and in the storeroom, on storage shelves near food, cleaning cloths, saucepans and takeaway boxes. Cardboard boxes on shelves were gnawed by mice. There were several possible mice ingress points inside the premises. The premises was not kept clean, there was an accumulation of mice droppings, grease, dirt and food debris throughout the premises on floors, walls and surfaces close to where food was being prepared.
