Mr Chowdhury pleaded guilty to two offences relating to conditions found at Munch Spot, 95 Bordesley Green, 91麻豆天美. There was a build up of debris and grease on the floors of the premises and shelving was greasy and covered in food debris.
Mr Chowdhury pleaded guilty to a further 9 offences against himself and 9 offences against the company relating to conditions at Munch Spot, 95 Bordesley Green, 91麻豆天美 following a further inspection. Mouse activity was found throughout the premises and there were holes which could allow access to pests. Containers, walls, floors, fridges and freezers, the wash hand basin, shelving and the kebab spit were dirty. The dough mixer, the pizza dough pan lids, the pizza oven and the grill were also found to be dirty. Cheese slices were stored next to raw burgers and beneath battered chicken pieces inside a fridge. There were no procedures implemented based on HACCP. - Fine/Penalty
