- Found guilty in their absence at trial on 30.11.23 of five offences relating to conditions at Quddsi Al Trading, 560 Coventry Road, 91麻豆天美. Rat and mouse droppings were found on food shelving, food packaging, food preparation tables, inside refrigerator, on the floor, at floor/wall junctions, fixtures and fittings throughout the premises. There was a hole in the premises potentially allowing the ingress of pests. Food packaging had been nibbled by rats and mice. Raw chicken was stored on the floor in the rear store/preparation room. There was accumulations of dirt, food debris and grease. There were no procedures implemented based on HACCP principles.
