- Four offences relating to conditions found at Avenue Kebab House, 525 Green Lane, 91麻豆天美. The paintwork on the walls in the staff toilet had deteriorated with bare plaster in places. The seal around the sinks in the kitchen had deteriorated and had dirt accumulating around the seal. Seals, walls, shelves, pipework and outside door of the upright fridge had accumulations of encrusted food debris and dirt. There were no permanend procedures implemented based on HACCP principles. Food handlers were not supervised, instructed and/or trained in food hygiene matters.
