Eight offences relating to conditions found at Kabul Darbar, 912 Alum Rock Road, 91麻豆天美 on three separate inspection dates. Live cockroaches at all stages of their lifecycle were found in the premises. The premises was not kept clean, floors, walls and floor-wall junctions were dirty with accumulations of grease and food debris, shelving and hand contact points were dirty. Equipment was dirty and greasy. There were no procedures in place based on HACCP principles. The covering to the naan cushion in use was dirty and deteriorating, chopping boards were deeply scored and dirty and food surfaces were dirty. There was evidence of dust and grease to gas pipework serving cooking appliances, missing tiles to the wall above cooking appliances, damaged and ripped flooring in the kitchen, harbouring dirt and missing filters to the ventilation unit serving gas appliances in the kitchen.
